ATA Carnets ease the temporary importation of commercial samples (CS), professional equipment (PE), and goods for exhibitions and fairs (EF).  They facilitate international business by avoiding extensive customs procedures, eliminating payment of duties and value-added taxes, and replacing the purchase of temporary import bonds.

Kiel Ursin
Kiel joined Boomerang Carnets in 2016 and has gained extensive experience and knowledge in carnet usage, carnet countries, and foreign and domestic Customs Services.  Kiel guides clients in all industries, from Fortune 500 companies to symphony orchestras, manufacturers to film production crews, individuals to small, medium and large enterprises.  Kiel has expertise in client trainings and coaches companies on how ATA Carnets can help grow their business and save substantial expense on their temporary exports. In presentations for export organizations and industries, Kiel sheds light on the benefits of using carnets for boomerang freight, and companies learn about both the practical and dynamic growth aspects of carnet use. He is an accomplished ATA Carnet presenter in the U.S. and U.K.

Brandon Boles
Brandon joined SOS Global in 2007 where he was named Director of trucking operations.  After 2 years in that position,  he was promoted to Director of International Operations which includes overseeing SOS’ US offices as well as their UK, Germany and Moscow offices. Brandon has 25 years of logistics experience. From warehousing, 3pl, truckload, LTL and international transportation. Prior to Brandon joining SOS, he served as Director of truckload operations at Landair Transport where he oversaw a fleet of over 600 trucks and approximately 700 employees.
