The class walks through Sections A–M, highlights key compliance requirements, and identifies common proposal mistakes that can lead to disqualification. Michelle Dunn is the founder of Veritas Strategies LLC and a seasoned federal acquisition professional with over 25 years of experience supporting government and industry across the full acquisition lifecycle. She has served as an unlimited-warrant Contracting Officer with the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), where she managed and awarded complex contracts supporting major defense and technology programs.
