During this session, participants will learn how the Alabama Career Center System assists employers with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees. Topics include Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) On-the-Job Training (OJT) wage reimbursement, candidate recruitment and screening, AlabamaWorks job postings, hiring events, labor market information, incumbent worker training opportunities, and coordination with the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship.
